Wealth Creation and the Economics System

Part 2

What truly brings wealth?

What will bring wealth to you is the consistency of the balance between all four dynamics:

1-Production

3-Demand

2-Distribution

3-Consumption

If the production is greater than the demand, you will have imbalance in the system. Consequently wealth becomes impossible.

 

If the demand exceeds the production you will have imbalance in the system. Consequently wealth becomes impossible.

 

When the consumption is low the demand is low and this affects the production to also become low. Consequently wealth becomes impossible.

 

There is less distribution when there is less consumption thus less demand and less production. This makes wealth impossible.

 

All imbalances in the economics system cause lost, deficit, inability to be solvent and debts.

 

The same four dynamics operate in your household.

Example:

You and your spouse have 4 children and are earning 30 coins a week.

 

The household expense is 27 coins

 

If you do not make any giving, you will have 3 coins left.

 

Now where is the production?

Your time, your mental energy, and your physical energy are the products you are exchanging with money in your work place.

 

Where is the demand?

Your efficiency, promptitude and good performance at work will make the employee wants to always have you and keep you. Being hired in a workplace is a demand; because above all the worker is a human recourse for the employer. Your qualities and qualifications make of you a “product” to be demanded.

 

Where is the distribution?

The distribution happens right in the work environment where each employee is assigned a post, a task, a responsibility and a HAT. Their time, mental energy and physical energy are distributed in different department of the work place. Every mental and physical energy or intellectual knowledge you “spend” in your work environment is a “product” distributed throughout the whole system or organism to aliment it. These are your internal resources.

Where is the consumption?

When you work you are tired at the end of the day. This is because something is consuming your internal resources. Your work is consuming your time, your mental energy, your physical energy and your intellectual knowledge.

 

To multiply money what do we need?

First you need to be a creator more than a consumer. True wealth comes from creating something. This is because the idea of money is essentially created to abound only on the basis of exchange of values. Second, you need people to want what you are producing. This is called “market”. You have to find a market for your product.

 

What is another simple way to define market?

A market is the social platform that likes your product. Your market is made of people who make regular use of your product and increase the awareness of your product on the social platform. The market allows you to use your product to conduct an exchange within the economics system. The absence of market causes imbalance thus absence of monetary fructification or wealth. The key-idea here is until you are able to exchange something with money; you are not even in touch of the idea of money.

 

How do you obtain your market?

You have to know the potential you ought to increase and study people’s need. This is generally called the study of the market.

 

How do you know the potential to increase and figure out people’s need?

You need to conduct two major activities:

  • Observation
  • Organization

 

The purpose of the observation and organization is to build a considerable demand for your products or services. To enter the market you need two tools:

  • Advertisement
  • Contacts

 

Now, the key is to know that contacts works more and better with observation and advertisement works more and better with organization.

 

How to work with observation and contacts?

You have to use three major tools: Communication, presentation, and acquisition of information.

  • Ø Communication

For example, when you are in a certain place or environment, you must engage a conversation with people to know what interests them.

 

People react quicker to the actions of someone they’ve seen, they’ve spoken to and they can trust. So you must be someone who is not afraid to talk to people.

 

  • Ø Presentation

Now, this is the key: During your conversation with people, make sure you observe their thoughts. It is by observing their thoughts that you will know what interests them.

 

Once you notice that what interests them has to do with your products or services, they become automatically your interest.

 

In your conversation you must be real, truthful, honest, and be able to listen to people and avoid the desire to simply use them to your advantage.

 

  • Ø Acquisition of information

Even if you find no interest in the people you communicate with, you must always tell people what you do and exchange contact with them. Networking is a very powerful thing. Make sure you give your information first.

 

People move through life and their needs change all the time. They may be interested in your product even in the next hour from the time you spoke with them. So, never neglect to speak to everyone.

 

You must have a database where you keep all your contacts with the place and occasion the contact was made. This will allow people to recall the time they’ve met you and who you are, even after a long period separation.

 

Always call your contact right the next day to simply say hello and send them an email of appreciation. A network must be nourished with kindness in order to be kept and remembered.

 

How to work with advertisement and organization?

You have to build a team around your products or services. The members of the team are usually called board members.

 

Each member of the board must channel the work from production to the market, and then finds ways to advertise the product for common profit.

 

There are some easy ways to advertise your products such as the media, the internet, magazines, business cards, postcards, flyers, pamphlets, and many more.

 

Now, each member must know very well the products and the services you are offering. If this aspect is missing, the result will not be positive. It is enough for one person to give the wrong information about your products or services, for the organization to lose more than a dozen of potential customers.

 

The team must be knowledgeable of the services and the products in the most excellent way. They must master the knowledge of the products and services in and out. This will give them confidence in talking about it and answer any questions concerning the services and the products. This is the most valuable aspect of being organized before entering the market.

 

Advertisement is about 2 words: Confidence and excitement

 

Board members must know that their benefit will come from their advertisement of the products and services to the public with confidence and excitement.

 

What kills a good advertisement is an assumption based on the fear of being rejected or being poor in the performance. Of course this fear is the effect of one not having a good knowledge of the products or services.

 

People are excited to get your products and services when you are excited in presenting it to them. They must feel that the need is real and can truly help them and serve them. You must believe that your product will truly help people.

 

What will assure the wealth?

 

 

 

 

When the four dynamics of the economics systems are in perfect balance with the four dynamics of the market, wealth will always come.

 

 

When observation is well done,

Communication becomes excellent and contacts increases.

 

When organization is well settled,

Production is prompt and advertisement is excellent.

 

When contacts and advertisement infiltrate the market in a great amount,

Demand becomes evident and increases.

 

When demand increases, production increases and

More money is flowing into the organization.

 

Does luck or chance or spiritual powers have anything to do with wealth creation?

What we call luck is a law. It is called the law of attraction. This law is not magic. It is scientific and real just like 1+1=2. If one person tells another person of your products or services then luck is in operation. But something about you has to call on the luck.

 

Confidence, good thoughts, honesty, sincerity, good will, good intention and integrity are all positive energies that attract people to you and what you do. This is also part of your production.

 

An idea is a spiritual power. What we call spiritual forces are really thoughts. Energy is about the mind. The mind is the creator of all things, therefore the God within the human brain.

 

The mind is a spiritual force. If you know how to use it to manage your money and to create wealth, then you will be wealthy.

 

God does not give money. He produces wealth, and there is a big difference in that. The code of wealth creation is written within every single seed present on this planet.

 

We speak of the laws such as gravity and aerodynamic. We speak of the law of sowing and reaping. When we sow seeds we see harvest. There is an invisible law at work in the ground.

 

In the same way, there is a mental field or ground all around us. And this is what we really call “market”. Your mind is the “God” that you send out into this market to sow seeds and to create wealth, or harvest.

 

Ideas are not visible. They appear like nothing. Yet out of nothing “God” created all things. Our buildings, machines, clothes, cars and food are created by the mind. The mind is creator and it is a spiritual force.

 

 Does giving money have anything to do with creating wealth?
